Although the agent who works with you to list your home or find a home for you to buy isn’t an employee of Relocal Move, they are affiliated with the most experienced real estate brokerages in the nation. Not at this time. If you have already signed a buyers brokerage agreement or listing agreement to sell your home, Relocal Move cannot help you at this time. Please contact us after your listing has expired or after you have terminated your agreement with your current broker.

Quite simply, it is 20% of the commission earned by the Relocal Move partnering broker. Please see our “For Buyers” or “For Seller” tabs for a detailed breakdown of your savings!

Everytime you buy or sell a home through the Relocal Move program, one of our non-profit partners benefits. At the closing of each transaction, either the End It Movement or the Building Homes for Heroes receives a donation from Relocal Move of five percent of the commission earned by the Relocal Move partnering broker.

Yes! All family members are eligible to take advantage of this program and we encourage all of our partnering organizations and companies to pass along these savings to their loved ones!

We allow 72 hours for the agent to contact you from the time your application is accepted. If you submit your application on a Friday, please allow three business days for your agent to get in touch with you.

The partnering broker we work with in your area will assign one of their best agents to handle your purchase or sale, or both! If you are unhappy with the professional assigned for any reason, just let us know and we will have our partnering brokerage assign another agent to you right away.

Not necessarily. The length of the listing agreement or the buyers brokerage agreement is between you and the real estate agent. There is no set timeframe.

Just let your agent know about your change of mind. There is no binding contract that states that you have to sell your home if you have not already entered into a Purchase and Sale agreement with a buyer. However, there may be a small fee charged by the Multiple Listing Service in your area for removing your listing from their website before the expiration date. This fee is usually between $25 and $75 depending on your area.

All rebates will be given in the form of a rebate check approximately one week after closing. Please be aware that you will also be sent a 1099 tax form as the IRS may consider this rebate as taxable.

Yes, the minimum sales price is $150,000 to be eligible for a rebate. If you are purchasing or selling a property that is less than $150,000 please give us a call. We would be happy to place you with an excellent realtor in your area to help with your transaction, but you are not eligible for a rebate. 

Absolutely not. The more you buy and sell, the more you save! This is not just for homes, as you can receive rebates for any property bought or sold through Relocal Move as long as the property meets our minimal requirements.
